Electric Scooter Incident Japan

On June 3rd there was an electric scooter hit and run incident that occurred on the sidewalk of South Osaka.

This 30 year old male hit a 48 year old woman from the back at possibly max speed of 18.6 m/h (30 km/h). She was severely wounded and the crash broke her neck.

Luckily they were able to catch this man on the next day and his excuse was that it was raining and so he wasn’t looking in front.
