Craziest Japanese Parks

I have been searching Japan for the perfect calisthenics park for about 3 years now but throughout my struggles, I was able to find amazing non-workout parks as well.

If you were born in Japan, here are the craziest parks that you would have played at as a child. From your usual spinning wheel rides that you can find at the carnival to gigantic fortresses and slides, Japan doesn’t hold back when making parks for kids.

The below photo shows a slow but wide slide that you can ride with your children. I would image that a lot of skateboarders use this park as well. It has a circular stairway in the middle of the fortress and has ladders that you have to go up in order to go to the top. A bit scary as a child but the slide would be fun.

The photo to the bottom left shows a slide that I found close to Sky Tree. It is about 3 stories high and very skinny even for me. Out of the over 100 parks that I’ve seen in Japan, it was the first time I have seen this spin the wheel at a park. In America, you would have to pay money to ride it at a carnival.
